Easy access from the surrounding areas – Blossom Creek Farm can be accessed from Route 15, Route 29, or Route 229 in Culpeper, Virginia. Our location is only minutes from banks, grocery stores, and retail outlets. The venue is far enough away to maintain our rural historical agricultural area and has stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the gently rolling hills on 70 acres. The farming community continues to sustain the Culpeper economic progress, and our venue also adds to the agritourism industry. We have maintained the outward appearance of the farm by keeping the historical nature of each building intact. Modern upgrades and renovations have been completed in compliance with current county and state requirements.

    Our wedding venue has a capacity for up to 200 guests with enough space available for the reception and ceremony. The venue can be booked with lodging available onsite.

  • Family Celebrations

    We offer a spacious venue that leads to an outside grilling area for family cookouts. The outside area is beautifully landscaped to provide the perfect backdrop for family pictures.

  • Company Events

    Event organizers will have multiple options for seating and setup based on attendance. Available is a separate food storage and preparation area for servers and caterers.

  • Relaxation Retreat

    The 70-acre farm boasts a serene atmosphere, starting with a gentle creek at the entrance and offering stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains throughout its rural setting.

Blossom Creek Farm has lodging space available for the day of your event giving us a unique advantage when booking small or large events. Guests are only yards away, making it easier to be on time for the celebration. Our Farmhouse accommodates up to 14 guests and has everything you need to feel at home, and if you desire to explore the neighborhood, everything is close by.

CULPEPER COUNTY AGRITOURISM

Our farm is in an area that is surrounded by other operating farms. This location gives us the opportunity to help our community by providing other farms with the use of part of our land to feed their livestock. In doing so, we help the community to reap the benefits of the agricultural economy going into the future. These resources are valuable to the other farmers, and we are happy to help in this way. We preserve the rural character of the land while providing a location for others to enjoy.

WHO WE ARE

After years of living within the hustle and bustle of the Northern Virginia area, we were motivated to find an area where we could go to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.  Blossom Creek Farm was the location that we had been searching to find. We believe in taking care of the land that is so precious for our future generations.  We also felt that it was our desire to let everyone else enjoy a fun and safe environment to celebrate any occasion. Knowing how important it is to relax and enjoy a short getaway or to celebrate an important moment in life is the basis for our new beginning in the community.  We look forward to being able to offer neighbors, visitors, and friends an unforgettable experience in the Culpeper area.

  • We do not directly engage in planning your event. Our staff will be available to manage venue processes and procedures.

  • The maximum capacity for any event is 200 guests. Please visit the venue description page to see the actual capacities for each facility.

  • Yes, we provide lodging. The Farmhouse can be rented for any event or for a weekend getaway and accommodates up to 14 guests.

  • The venue is accessible on the ground floor with handicapped parking spaces in close proximity. Please keep in mind that the majority of the property is grass-lawn.
